This method requires accurate determination of the radiation pattern of the RF source. To this end, reflector antennas and sweep mechanisms are needed. A reflector antenna, such as a half wave dipole, is used for estimating the directivity of a transmitter or signal source and sweep mechanism should be employed to measure the modulated signal strength with respect to time during the scanning of a horizontal scan.
(G) and the predicted maximum signal strength, which is the first moment (i.e. 1/2 integral) of modulated signal in an N-samples bandwidth. The quality of the transmitter/receiver (antenna) is usually dependent on the condition and position of the transmitting antenna with respect to the receiver (transmitter).
Good, and sometimes excellent (antenna) antennas are available and contain metallic foil or wires. These devices are very sensitive to the orientation of the antenna, as well as to the material and condition of ground conductors to which the antenna is terminated.
As a rule of thumb, the penetration of a conductor such as a metallic conductor or wire is one-fourth to one-half of the wavelength, depending on the size and material of the conductor or wire. This penetration distance in air is four to eight times the conductors physical length.
So, it is possible to conclude that by putting a transmitting antenna close to a receiving antenna, it is possible to achieve better transmission, but a greater transmission tower than if the transmission antenna were a distant from the receiving antenna.
is the power radiated by an antenna in watts with antenna gain G andZ is the distance between the antenna and the receiver/receiving device. If it is assumed that there is no loss in the radio spectrum and the power radiated from the transmitter/transmission antenna is the same, the distance between the transmitter/transmission antenna and the receiver/receiving device is irrelevant. If the distance Z is increased and the power radiated by the transmitter decreases this can be explained by a decrease in the radiation pattern of the antenna as the distance from the nearest object increases. d2c66b5586
