If you're anything like me, you have been playing PAYDAY 2 for at least a couple of years, and probably have had an idea of how the game operates. So I'm going to make this thread solely for the purpose of answering all your questions about the game. I tried the new DLC, only one of the DLCs is worth while. The others are way too expensive for the price. Payday 2 is not a game, it is a DLC. The developers don't seem to care about it, they just keep milking the game for money without fixing it.
Racing cheaters? They will be caught. You will face it at the track or on the road. There are guards, track marshals, cops, etc. who will see and probably get you for the more serious cases. There are some cases where drivers are just in a hurry to get to their destination and are not concerned about the rules. But they will be caught.
