I have the same problem with a demo in R2011b on Mac.I think it is bug in the package.It seems that the documentation of the demo is incorrect.There are no text files in the folder FRESET.When I use the demo, the process does not progress for half an hour until the point becomes frozen.Only then I restart the demo.When I copy the folder FRESET and move it to another Matlab, it works.The demo that I used is:http://support.mathworks.cn/matlabcentral/newsreader/view_message/506699.All of the files in folder FRESET are text files.There is a file named reset_hkl.txt.It contains:echo onreset exithere under reset_hkl.txt is a user function to reset the demo.But when I try to move this text file to another Matlab, it does not have any effect.It seems that the demo can not use this file.Maybe it is not necessary,the process can be upgraded from the original demo.I am sorry to bring this message.Cheers,LPD
